who do i file claim againest?
damage to awning on rv by someone else , no cars involved, caused by campfire. i have no comp on mky rv, and no info on other people except names. addresses. phone and plates. cant do small claims i live in michigan and it happened in florida
Sounds like you're out of luck. If your RV had comp, you could make a claim from insurance and they would worry about recouping their money from the other party.
Unless there was criminal negligence involved, you could try a civil suit, but the amount of damages would leave you in small claims court, and you would not likely be able to meet the burden of proof anyway.
